Monday Mondays...

so just 9x 3 minute rounds on puch bag last night.

I am also trying a test cut this week to give me an idea of where i need to be to make 155 in September.

No Carbs - check
water loading - check
Energy bar and no water 24 hours check
Natural laxatives - check
dandelion root for 24 hours - check
Sauna with Albolene - check.

see how much for Saturday morning. Also key to rehydrate and make sure the cut is not too much.
